Please elaborate on that fantastic battery life. Curious minds are listening. What are you comparing it to?
I don't know if this qualifies as "fantastic" or not, but my S22U battery lasts an entire day without my having to moderate my usage or worry about where I can top off my charge throughout the day. That's really all I ask. I'm a simple man.

Early adopter: $200 credit

2 week later: $300 off, boosted trade in value, free memory upgrade, free galaxy watch, free buds, heavily discounted Galaxy Tab and $200 accessories credit
Agree. No benefit being an early adopter. Makes sense to wait for a few weeks.

Thanks. I have a Note 20 Ultra and that's pretty much what I get, and I'm good with that. I'm nowhere near a power user. But I often have 30% left the following day. No movies. I think it's hard to compare battery life. Thanks again

Why they hell are you putting a 14gb movie on a 6" screen?

You could easily compress to 1-2gb and notice no difference.
I'm not using a 6" screen. I'm Chromecasting to my hotel's 55" one. Again, with the lack of imagination.

That's also just one of the examples. What about huge apps?

What about the maps I have to use with my GPS app offline? Do you expect me to not store those on my device and download from the cloud when the entire purpose of having them there in the first place is for when I don't have signal?

if you fly such long distance, how do you not have over-the-ear Bose? Ear buds aren't meant for hours at a time.

It's easy to leave 10-20gig free on your device to download shows and movies.

Back up your stuff to google cloud and amazon prime cloud... as well as your own very affordable external drives that get posted here every day.

So many very easy solutions here.

Surprising that a lot of you will trust a micro SD card not crapping out on you rather than having stuff backed up to multiple other devices. Wait til you have an SD card fail, then you may see the benefits of cloud storage
You apparently don't travel enough. There are far fewer places which have Gigabit Internet service than those which do not. Lots of places don't have signal at all, let alone even 4G.

Backing up to an external device is unnecessary when I can have my data on a 512 GB card the size of my pinky nail. And requires time to unnecessarily shuffle data around.

What makes you think I only have my data on one SD card? It's removable. That's the whole point of removable media!

Honest question - why on Earth are you using Spotify on your watch for an hour?
Literally for the only thing the watch is useful for, working out

Samsung needs to fix their battery life issues. S22 and GW4 has worse battery life than their predecessors (and ive owned them). The Buds are the only ones that are consistently good, albeit they dont support Aptx or the newest BT codec, so quality goes to hell if you arent paired to a Samsung device with Samsungs proprietary codec.
GW4 is mostly because of the switch to Google's wearOS. Tizen was very optimized to Samsungs hardware and it showed. Tradeoff is that you have more apps and some extra features now at the expense of the battery life

I think they're tying to push fold 4 phones but they're gimmicky and have old tech. Doesn't the current gen fold have the S10 camera?

Years later and there are still "No headphone jack" complaints huh? People are so stuck in the past that they don't realize USB-C headphones are now available and actually sound better than the 3.5mm headphones IMO. Check Amazon, they're all around. Unless there is a dire need to have a 3.5mm headphone set then the USB-C headphones are affordable and easy to purchase, no adapter needed.
I guarantee that your USB headphones don't sound as good as my Beyerdynamic headphones. Type of signal is but one factor.

There are many places in the USA that don't have gigabit service, 5G, and even 4G. I PLAN ahead by downloading what I want and not having to rely on downloading and streaming in other countries... just like anyone can.

You just commented on unnecessarily shuffling data around, yet you have to shuffle around your SD card.

I travel enough to know that I don't have to have a 4k movie in a hotel room that's maxing out at 1080 with tv speakers, and that I have enough sense to put shows and movies on my phone from my server before traveling
Don't be obtuse. Transferring 400 GB of data over USB takes many orders of magnitude more time than ejecting one card and popping in another. I'm also not using TV speakers.
