If 4000 series is released this year, it will be the 4080 only most likely. This is a very good price for people that need a card now. If you already have like a 1080ti you can keep waiting for sure.

And folks regrettably sold their 2080tis en mass for around the same price as MSRP 3070s during the reveal. I imagine most of them ended up not getting a 30 series for a very long time (or paid a hefty premium). Will we see a repeat of used cards on the market for this cheap again? Hard to say, but I'm guessing there's TONS of 30 series in circulation especially with miner inventory. I don't think mining will see another boom as long as the FED rates remain high and the economy in tatters in the foreseeable future. Seems Tech Tubers have strong opinions on the matter as well. Personally, I think this is a pretty good deal if you specifically want a new card and need one today. New generation will be expensive, power hungry and OOS for the first couple of months or longer.
