This DLC was previously only available to those who preordered the game and was never available for purchase. They just made this free for everyone today.

I must be getting old. I already had it. I don't remember it at all. And I didn't pre-order second son so it must have been available prior to this in some fashion.

It came with the first run of physical discs. I bought mine used but the code hadn't been used so I already have this

Me too. It says "Owned" after I tried to add to cart. I still never played the game. I feel I need to play part 1 and 2 before I play this. I actually have those as well. Backlog is huge.
