I've had this monitor for a little under two years now. Best purchase I've made for my setup.

Pros:
-very responsive, 1ms nano ips
-Freesync premium (gsync compatible)
-Vivid colors
- wide view with 3440 x 1440
-10 bit color at 144hz

Cons:
-Need a slightly higher spec gpu than than 1440p given the same settings (pairs nicely with my 3080)
-lowish contrast (associated with all ips monitor)
-Slight backlight bleed but much better than my previous 1440p non-ultrawide ips.

I had a 2440x1440p ips monitor before this and an AOC VA ultrawide. The panel in this monitor is superior to my previous ips monitor is every way. The VA ultrawide's contrast was nice but the smearing in dark scenes and slower response rate were a deal breaker. This is the closest I could find to a perfect monitor for me. The only thing that has caught my attention since are the new QD OLED ultrawides but they are double the price and longevity is an unknown with them.

I bought this on Amazon prime day for 669 and it definitely is a great quality monitor.

I've own this for about a year now. Bought last year at the $850 price and paired with a 3080Ti. everything described on post #2 pretty much matches my experience but I turn on HDR gaming whenever I play Horizon Zero Dawn and the contrast is amazing but not as good as a VA monitor. This thing is a great workhorse for excel sheets and working at home. I wish it had a KVM switch capability but it does its job well as a display. There are now more games that support this display at full.

How would a 3080 survive running this monitor and two other 27" 1440p monitors? I currently have my 3080 with three 1440p monitors but one just died so was going to replace the 24" with this one (so the ultrawide on bottom and the 27's on top).

Do you find the screen ratio an issue for most games you play?
