I've used both... I CANNOT WAIT to exhaust our supply of Amazon brand bags. They are extremely difficult to draw the strings and tie them. I can't tell you how many bags I've ripped. I think I've ripped 3-4x as many bags from our one box of Amazon brand bags than the years of Kirkland brand bags we've used.

Seems 0.9mil thickness which is same as Kirkland. Reviews are overall positive. These would be good for anything outside or with less weight, but wouldn't trust using these in regular inside the house trash cans.

These are far superior to the Costco bags which are ForceFlex.

These bags are .9 mil fully. They are not a weaved bag having thinner regions within the web.

Seems 0.9mil thickness which is same as Kirkland. Reviews are overall positive. These would be good for anything outside or with less weight, but wouldn't trust using these in regular inside the house trash cans.

With my last purchase of the name brand bags, it seems like they bags were a couple inches shorter than they used to be. I had to put a small empty box at the bottom of my trash can before putting the bag in so the bag wouldn't collapse off the sides of the can. I'm going to try these and hope they are a better fit.

Good point. I have Simple Human Butterfly trash can and Costco bags fit nice as I am too cheap to get Simple Human brand trash bags.

Glad or Hefty trash bags are hit or miss depending on the deal of the month I get, especially tight drawstring and in terms of depth

Ya echoing other posters, I am skeptical these are better then Kirkland webbed bags which don't rip even with heavy loads - would be good to have some detail behind why rather then just exclaiming the amazon brand is far superior, thx

Sams has their Members Mark ones for 18.98 for 200, which is .09 per bag. And they come in scented, which is surprisingly effective. Not TC on this deal, just giving a point of reference. I've used the MM ones and they work great.

I mean, aside from the fact that flex bags break on me every time. Whereas the plain solid bags don't.

When have you ever known big corporations to do right by consumers? If they can spend less on an inferior product and sell it for more, they will.

WEF policy has been pushing the environment/less plastics agenda for many decades.

Thinner water bottles. Thinner bags. Thinner textiles (yes polyester/microfiber are plastic).

So concrete proof, no. Observational & experiential analysis peppered with an abundance of cynicism leads me to that conclusion.

Do you really think they would measure the thinner part for the advertised thickness?

When said big corporation makes 80% of their profits through membership fees and offer a generous return policy, they tend to sell their private label products with the hopes that their product(s) meets their members expectations so they are not returned (a.k.a. a loss).

Paying over 10 cents per kitchen size trash bag is not a good deal. These come out to just under 10 cents with 15% off S&S which is pretty good. Sams and costco bags are still a bit less than this. This is exactly the type of thing you should buy as many as you can of now to hedge against inflation.

We actually use these bags in our kitchen trash can and we fill them way more than we should (we seem to play the game where the last one who can put something in the trash, wins). 😝 This includes food, table scraps, packaging and the occasional box that gets crammed in for good measure. These bags are fantastic. They don't rip and they tie great as well. We pull it tight before taking it out of the can and then wiggle it out and it still doesn't fall apart. I'm not sure why others are saying they have issues with them. They''re my go-to trash bag now. 🤷🏼 ♀️
