I like the look of this fan but I always look at it and think that the grill over the lights is going to cast shadows and that I will repeatedly end up looking at bare bulbs.

I have 2 installed in my patio. The grill works out well as it does not allow bugs to accumulate. I also installed the Fiet WiFi bulbs in there. Fan speed is not as fast as I expected, but blade design seems to move comparable amount of air as my other fans.

Anyone know how 5k cfm "feels"? Wondering if low/medium will provide enough airflow for a master bedroom that's close to the rated 400 sq ft range. "High" speed makes too much wind noise for my liking

I thought the same. I want to buy this so badly because I need them for my patio but that cage design is really killing it.

^agree on the grill. Wonder if you can put the normal cover from Hunter on to it. Or at least mod it…. But it might block the sensor….

got these last time they were on sale for our patio - these are good, but I am not a big fan of the light bulbs - might try changing them. Good deal though.

I don't even use the lights because the edison ones are too dim.

I have this setup and have enough airflow on a large bedroom even on the low or mid speed. Even on the fastest setting I can barely hear the motor.

Only challenge was that my fan box was narrow and required an adapter from the local homedepot. So if you have an older house or a harbor breeze fan you may need this.

I had one of these. Easy install, airflow wasn't strong enough to warrant the ugly looks. We returned it.
