This was $39.99 like a week ago on DTO. Granted, it didn't include a 1.5ah battery, but I don't feel like that (or this price) moves the needle much for those of us in the Ryobi ecosystem.
Maybe it's just me though.

Agreed it's not the best. But DTO ships after month or more and with the 13.00 shipping it's around 52.00 for the tool only. That coupled with normally it's out of stock for shipping and in-store only on DTO.

Not the best deal, but it's better than retail

Not the best deal, but it's better than retail

DTO shipping has been increased to $15 a few days ago. Anyway, this is still not a good deal. I love my mist fan though.

With shipping that would be $55 for the bare tool. $19 more for a kit that includes the battery and charger, from a real retail store instead of a discount outlet with molasses slow shipping, seems like a great deal in comparison.

Yeah this new shipping fee from DTO is a deal killer for most deals. I would bite at this price. Last week we had a power outage and a heatwave so this would've been welcome at any price. Thanks for the share! Unfortunately not finding at this price in my area.

I'll add my 2 cents in. I've had the Arctic cove one for years now and love it on hot days. The breeze and pump on low make for a great cool off and you get about 4.5 hours to a bucket of water.

The $15 DTO shipping may be a deal killer for some but for others it's almost that much in gas, if not more depending on availability, to drive to Home Depot and back plus the time to do so.

It's to each their own.....
