Visible has the Pixel 6a at $449; offers $150 gift card (multiple options for store cards); List of gift cards here :
https://www.visible.com/deals/cho...-gift-card
Requires port in from eligible carriers; list here :
https://www.visible.com/help/port-in-promotions
Note that Visible locks phones initially, unlocks after 60 days.
$150 gift card requires 3 months of service; use a referral for first month at $5, and visible party pay for next 2 months at $25; total cost of $55.
Net cost : 449 + taxes upfront - $150 gift card + $55 for 3 months service to get gift card ; works out to $355 + taxes
Comparing that to the current Amazon / Best Buy / Google store offer, is about $50 more in gift cards plus 3 months of service; offset by needing to stay on service and waiting for unlock. If you got on the pre-order deal from Google store with trade in, that was a better offer; that offer is no longer available, and this looks a little better than the other offers from Amazon etc from a total cost perspective.

The Google Fi deal looks like it might be good initials. If you compare the full costs including service you might decide otherwise though. The visible service includes unlimited data (no per gigabyte charges like Fi).
Fyi - reddit has been my friend for finding referral codes for this sort of deal. For example, r/VisibleWirelessPromos and others.

Xfinity has this already plus a $100 GC for some. The phone is cheap already, but I think anything over $225 and you're over paying....and I expect the deals to get better so you definitely don't want to over pay and/or get stuck having to do some complicate deal or one with potential hassles and/or significant temp service charges you won't utilize.
Thank God, I did not traded in another phone (samsung a71, for 300$ trade in) for another pixel 6a.
Phone is heavy, less bright and bit slower than my a71.

The original pre-order on Google store (no longer available) had upto $300 through trade-in, plus free Pixel A buds; that was a better deal. For those who are already on XM and don't mind a 24 month bill credit - that is a good deal, but if you're not already there, the entry barriers are too high.

Since the Pixel 3a XL is no longer receiving security updates, it's essentially worthless to me. So getting $300 for it is like Christmas in July. 🙂
I received the new Pixel 6A today - along with the Pixel Buds - and I couldn't be happier with the upgrade!
edit:
just did a chat and they confirmed they didn't see it in the system, but will send it soon.
