I have this desk. I have two 27-inch monitors connected via arms and laptop laying flat under the monitors, keyboard and mouse. I also have a laptop that sits to my left and there is still a bit of room. It has worked great. I think I paid about OPs price about 1.5 years ago instore. The arms were like $40 each but I had to put a small block of wood below each base so it could connect to the table top.
