I have been using Namecheap, and my only complaint is that they do NOT make it easy to auto-renew your LetsEncrypt SSL certs. Every three months, I have to manually get new certs with "certbot" and install them with cpanel.

As for renewal, I just renewed my "stellar plus" about six weeks ago for $57.88 The year before that, it was $46.88 Hope this helps.

Plenty of other options at this price point, even without a "sale." Not going to list here because I don't want to sound like a shill, but just do some research.
