Google It. As I understand it, ARM Chromebooks run 32 bit because they run faster/better/more power efficiently that way. They still utilize their full RAM and 64 Bit Processors because they run multiple parallel processes simultaneously.
The only negative impact I have noticed is that some Linux apps (like Brave Browser) have not been compiled for ARM Processors.
I can live with that for the $100 Snapdragon coupon and longer battery life.

I think the coupon is sadly out of stock.
On the upside, even if you did not get a coupon, if you are registered on the Snapdragon mailing list they may do it again. I missed out on the 1st round $100 coupon a couple of months ago, so was fast to respond to this one.
