Looks like they are now forcing same shipment or delivery method for all items in the promotion. I haven't had any luck returning the "free item" when shipping all to home.

Ship one item to a different store and the other item to the store you want to pick it up at.

The battery is still there but the website for some reason keeps taking it off while loading. I reloaded it twice on the third time I caught it just as it was going to disappear again. Clicked on it and took me to the selection screen.
