These are good when they work. But one month in, the touch surface trigger randomly. It sometimes wont sync both sides. At one point I needed to hard reset it. It would also pause my video/audio when I take them off and there's no way to turn that off.

The earbuds I received are nowhere near 'like new'. Sending these back, and probably not buying from Secondipity again.

Mine arrived not in original box. But the condition seems good. I will say the condition is about 90%. The sound is great. Works fine. Paired easy. I haven't fully tested how long battery lasts but so far so good. The price was slick.

Got the buds. Case and buds appears new with no scratches. However, mine has a problem with the battery. Charged the buds for about two hours. After only less than 10 minutes of use, the earbuds automatically powers down. The left earbud still has 90% remaining while the right ear bud drop from 32% to 1%. Emailed Support via their Contact Us page; probably will not get response until next week.
