I actually sent mine in for warranty repair work. Shockingly it was within its 1 year of owner ship but the warranty people are based out of China. They are rude to you. And when issues come up even when you have proof they almost don't believe you. I had to convince this person to finally take it. I paid to have it shipped to their warranty repair place in Southern California and it's been there for a month. Only recently have they said they possibly have fixed it. But the first two weeks they had it, they said they didn't find anything wrong with it and they were gonna ship it back, I told them to look closer.
It's a very limited gimbal, the only consolation is that it's cheap, I mean compare it to other cheap gimbals, and I've never used them, but the DJI OM4 is way better as far as usability, their app is better.
Zy cami wants to track your every movement and it does major data collection stuff. I don't like that. But if everyone was realistic, you probably already have 30 apps on your phone that are tracking more data than you realize and clearly it doesn't bother you that much.
The only thing it's really good at, is if you're trying to get those make-believe drone looking shots, without the drone. Or your trying to do those smooth panning shots left to right and you want the left or right motion to be smooth and even. But it won't provide up and down smoothness.
