If you get this phone from at&t for $300 is there a contract
Or you can cancel service anytime?

The new foldable line is coming in a week, so yea, I'm expecting all the carriers to do this.

Why buy this when the new Flip is going to be announced in a few days?
Announced, but will probably not be available yet. Also, it's been leaked already and not much of a upgrade and will not be any cheaper, maybe $100 more per international pricing. Plus you will get a better trade in value than 300 if you really must have the flip4. So basically you'll be using this phone for a few weeks for free

That's right. Hard pull for new account and soft pull for existing account to add a new line.

Can I pay $300 plus first month and cancel after 29 days? Or is there penalty?

To trade in. Samsung generally gives great value for last gen devices. Likely to be min $600 if its anything like last years

The new flip looks like it's going to be nearly the same phone with one generation newer processor, and it's not going to be $300 that's for sure. It's expected to start at $1,000. Plus, you can buy this and trade it in for more than you paid for it. Samsung almost always has great trade in deals for new phone releases.

You don't have any real info on specs. All we know are rumors and that could all be wrong.
