2 versions, any opinions on if these are any good, and if the pro is worth an extra $80?

The 6800 has been around a while. Tried and true.

The Pro is newer, has support for 2 users, and is more feature rich.

Personally, I'd go with the Pro

What does "support for 2 users" mean? Looking for a bidet so wanted to know more

Looks like the pro also has unlimited warm water. It runs out pretty quick if you're gonna be spraying for awhile. I'd go for the pro.

It allows for individual pre-set positioning/settings for 2 users.

Bought the 6800 in November of 2020 and it started leaking a month ago. Going to replace it (return defective item to Costco) with another 6800. Water is always warm.

I believe that the 6800 has 2 user presets as well (shown in its user manual, although I don't have one myself yet). There is a "comparison" table between the 6800 and the pro on the 6800 Costco page, showing the pro has the following that the 6800 does not: "Enhanced Wireless Remote", "Unlimited Warm Water", "Stainless Steel Nozzle", and "Precision Nozzle". I googled a bit for the Pro but could not find any review outside of the ones on Costco. It appears to be an improved version of the 6800.

Would it be worth jumping to the BB2000 for $475 w tax? or is it just not worth it...

I have been looking for a good round option for a while, and while i just noticed the 6800 was on sale, i think the feature upgrade you get with the pro is definitely worth the money, considering it's being advertised as a successor to the 6800. hopefully the few changes they made won't be problematic down the line in quality. i'm gonna go with the pro myself. thanks for the insight!

the non pro version has pre settings for two users as well. i have it. the main differences i'm seeing are the labels on the buttons. those do come in handy when you have guests over. i've never had the warm water run out on me and i take big shits. i personally wouldn't pay $100 for the pro. the non pro has a wireless remote, stainless steel nozzle as well

The luxury one doesn't have stainless steel nozzles. It is plastic.
The two main differences between the two are the stainless steel nozzle and the remote control. We have the luxury one and it is fine. No need to spend more money for those two things.
If you can wait, the price for the luxury one goes down several times a year for $200. I think the next time it is end of October and the. End of November.
