I bought TP-LINK AX3200 for about $20 less, but I had a hard time configuring DNS and making it work with pi-hole, so ended up returning it.

After some additional digging.. the band 5GHz is operating over 160MHz and it's capable of splitting into 2 80MHz channels. Thereby the reference of 3 bands : 2.4GHz, 5GHz in 1st channel, 5GHz in 2nd channel. Not a Costco issue. This is how PCmag is explaining tri-band as.
