Please don't rely on (or trust people who rely on) hardware benchmarks from unreliable garbage websites such as userbenchmark.com that use synthetic estimates to create conclusions that are completely wrong and are a terrible predictator of real world performance.
Here are more reliable benchmarks for the RTX3060 Ti from other websites/sources such as Techspot, Tomshardware, and GamersNexus' Youtube channel:
Techpowerup has a very useful chart that depicts performance per dollar - the 3060 Ti is at 100% while the 3070 is at 88%: https://www.techpowerup
Low end lovelace will end up very competitive with last gen mid range per TDP
