Looks like normal everyday price is $14.75 and pretty much $14 from all amazon sellers, shipped free with prime..
Different account but it's easy to create one once you change it to English. Right next to the search box, there should be a Japanese flag - hover over it and you can change the language to English and currency to USD. See attachment for screenshot. You can then search for items in English, though it's not perfect since it's Amazon translations.
Engineer makes all sorts of hand tools, amazing quality, I think all or at least most are made in Japan. Plus they have a sweet dinosaur mascot: https://www.amazon.co.jp/s?k=engi...XN9EUG5L5P
Nisaku/Tomita Cutlery makes awesome gardening and home improvement tools in Japan though sometimes you can get them cheaper in the US through Sun Joe: https://www.amazon.co.jp/s?k=%E5%...62JYVCSJXK
The more items you buy the cheaper shipping is per item.
If you look around playing with different keywords, you can find more, there is a lot of stuff made in Japan still that we don't get in stores here, especially hand tools where metal quality is important.
These are slotted, JIS (phillips), and pozidriv tips.
This is such a nice little set. I picked one up the last time it was on here at basically the same price. Really well made and the tolerances are nice and tight. The mechanism in the driver makes a satisfying click when changing blades. Quality tool and very comfortable to use. The posidriv blade is nice to have even if I don't need to use it much.
Good deal but as another poster said, normal price at least for these times. The yen is not doing well compared to the USD so naturally Japanese tools are a bargain nowadays.
Great time to head over to Amazon.co.jp, select USD and a US shipping address, and setup an order. You won't save money on ordering just one or two items typically but if you do a bunch you can save a ton of money compared to the prices charged on Amazon US.

Does Amazon.co.jp require a different log in account from US Amazon? How do you get it to show prices in usd? Thank you

Here's an article about the difference between phillips, JIS and pozidriv: https://bike.bikegremli
Edit: upon closer look, those appear to be JIS 1,2,3 tips which also work in phillips
