Wait for DTO to run another sale. The sander is $50 there and when they do 35 percent off again, it will drop it close to $30.

I think OP's deal is much better. It includes sander and HP+ battery for $59. And it is available now, all brand new items from HD who will ship it promptly, vs DTO who has become flaky lately and does not even have a current deal for it.

It's a 2.0 Ah battery. Not worth it.

Seriously? Not worth it? Your suggestion is to wait for a DTO deal that doesn't even exist. LOL.

If or when the mythical DTO deal does happen someday, it will be for a sander that is not even retail new, and worse, it will be shipped by DTO who these days takes a month or so to get anything delivered.

I use 2ah batteries all of the time, especially in my drills and drivers. And this is a ONE+ version, which even on ebay sells for $30 or so. So one could sell the 2ah battery locally if desired and still walk away with a $30 sander that is brand new and available immediately. Totally worth it.

Sounds like you're making stuff up. Usually when I order through DTO, it's 2-3 days. I have an outlet center about 20 minutes away, so I just mark it for free pick up, and there are times they've shipped right to my house instead of sending it to the store.

At least this "deal" got one up vote from you. https://static.slickdealscdn.com/ima...lies/smile.gif
Yes, as if I am making stuff up just to get an upvote in a Ryobi thread on a deal site. You totally sniffed out my master plan.

Seriously, all you need to do is read some recent DTO threads. Plenty of complaints.

Regardless, it doesn't change the fact that your advice to wait for a non-existent deal for a non-new sander was completely worthless. And your stating that 2ah batteries are worthless was equally dumb. But hey, enjoy your thread crapping anyway.

I didn't say 2Ah batteries are worthless.

Why would I read DTO threads? I've bought from them many times and even go to their outlet store on occasion. Never any problems. Maybe they're getting "complaints" because you like to complain. Meanwhile, those of us who are just interested in tools are doing just fine.
Wow talking about making up stuff, seems like you're good at it. I have not made any complaints to DTO at all, but don't let that stop you from making things up. I was reporting what others have posted on this site about DTO. And again, that was only because it was to actually help others here avoid the worthless advice that you gave from the outset.

Strange how you read tool deals like this one yet you claim that you don't read any DTO deals, which seems to be your go-to store for deals. Nice try, but your advice and claims are all BS, end of story. Enjoy your DTO deal, whenever that may be. LOL

In which post did I say I've never read a DTO deal thread? I was speaking in future tense. As I was not about to go read a bunch of threads because someone is boohooing about DTO. Sounds like you're just your typical deal troll who likes to cry about anybody's opinion that doesn't match their own.
