These are a good pair of closed back headphones at this price, but I added the Dekoni Stellia pads and then these headphones punched way above their price range. I was skeptical that changing out the pads could make such a dramatic difference in the sound but I've become a complete believer.
The specific pads I got aren't sold anymore but it sounds like the " Dekoni Audio Custom Series Replacement Ear Pads for Focal Headphones" are the same ones? At any rate the change took about ten seconds and was so easy you could probably train a chimpanzee to do it. If you grab these headphones I'd definitely plan on at least giving those pads a try.
A portable bluetooth dac/Amp like the fiio btr5 & btr7 or ifi GO blu are great options. These sounds great and have the added advantage of not having to be physically tethered to your cellphone, plus these have a built-in microphone so you can take a call while listening to music.
Also they can be used as a wired dac/Amp when attached to your computer with a USB cable.

Unfortunately this Headphones can't be used with Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra or the s22 ultra phone since no audio plug in outlet in the tablet or phone. Anyone knows how I can use it should let me know. Appears Bluetooth Headphones are the only Headphones worth buying this days.

I had these and the sound is great particularly with a little EQing, but I found them much too heavy and uncomfortable so I returned them. The Sennheiser Momentum 3 (which are Bluetooth ANC) sound very close when wired over USB-C, and are imo much more comfortable.
I mainly have open back headphones HE 560 and Sennheiser HD650. I wouldn't mind a pair of closed back headphones that are a bit bass heavy. Anyone know how the bass is on these?

I think these are bass lite especially for closed backs. I'm sure others can provide more info.
Why is their customer support so bad? You'd think they'd want to be a class leading headphone company
No idea, I literally couldn't even get a hold of customer service once I found the right number. The headphones themselves sound amazing though. Can't argue with that.
There are ways to fix it though, using replacement headbands from other companies.

Yeah but that's nuts to me. Sennheiser always has had solid customer support for me. I'd like to see Focal at least get to a respectable level, and partner up with repair facilities where applicable

The Apple one is well reviewed (tested and measured). It's honestly pretty insane how good it is.
