Unfortunately products like these are marketed to the elderly. It's really sad to see such low quality ingredients in the Ensure and Boost products. The nutritionist at Brigham and Women's hospital suggested making our own drinks for our mother and gave us a list of ingredients. My mother requires supplementation long-term. For short term use, Boost and Ensure is good enough.
