The small has smaller squirrels than the XL. My dog destroys the squirrels in 10 minutes to kill the squeakers. He is obsessed with getting them back after we give the poor critters a break. He stares at the cabinet where they sleep all day long. He's not getting any more, even at this price.

If your dog likes to pluck furs out from their toys don't get this. This toy's fur is easily pulled by finger and dog can choke on it or get it stuck on their teeth.

My dogs realized they could keep the squirrels if they immediately sprinted outside with them to the far end of the yard. They were right.

This was my dog's favorite toy, but a foster puppy ate most of it. I'm excited to find it this cheap, so I bought 2. My next fosters can happily destroy another.
