This is a decent price for it, but I wouldn't spend more than that. The game is fun, but it engages in random loot box mechanics which you buy with in game money in order to get more cars. While it isn't too bad since you're not using real cash, it is still frustrating when you keep getting the same cars over and over and have to trade them back in for a discounted value to try another random loot box. Overall my kids (5-7) still enjoyed it, but this had more potential

FYI humble bundle this month ($11 for the month) includes the steam version of this and works well on steam deck. I also see this being one of the free games for ps plus in the coming months (same publisher as Nickelodeon All Stars which was free a month or two ago)
