This hit a deal alert for me. This is exactly the price I was looking for unlocked. Sadly things have changed. This seems to be going downhill with bad support. With the fold 3 at $800 I'd much rather get that.

Bought one in February as a mini e reader and emulation device. The updates have made this device a lot more responsive and better to use. Just a heads up for anyone looking at older reviews might they might not reflect current performance.

I bought it as a second carry device. It has Android 11 and is expected to get 12L.

I'm using Duo2 right now and it's not that good, kinda fun to use but you got trade with stuff like if you using case you can't 360° fold or if you use screen protector like TPU it will stick 2 screen together and make it a bit hard to open this problem are the same on Duo 1 like in the post. Also Duo 1 are very buggy product don't waste your money, Duo 2 is okay beside some stuff I say above the app support are much better than duo 1. Fun phone to use but not for everyone it's not like Samsung Fold when you use 1 big screen, it more like you use 2 phone at the same time.

I am curious how the SD2 has better app support. It runs the same OS as SD1. I haven't found an app that won't run on it. Maybe some higher end games?

I've been running the Duo 2 for about a year now and will never go back to a single screen phone. Had the flip for a bit and hated it. Dual screens are a far better option.

where to get Fold 3 at $800?
I agree the Duo is still on Android 11, while Android 13 will be released soon.
