since usually any promo will require you to wait from 90 days all the way to 6 months (perhaps more), they can easily get away with it.

I got mine as well.
Word of caution for those trying to close their US Bank accounts right away after receiving the bonus...the early account closure fee (within 180 days of opening) is $25.
