Purchased a card, went to check its balance at https://www.lowes.com/l/help/gift-card-balance and it doesn't recognize the card. First time that's ever happened with any Lowes card that I've purchased and there have been many.


Update: Just got it to work, had to wait 30 minutes.

I add these gift cards to my Lowe's account website wallet. I tried to add this gift card but it was rejected because there is a maximum of 5 gift cards that are allowed. The 5 gift cards that I had previously used all had a zero balance so I deleted them then added this new card. All good now and already ordered stuff.
