$120 at HD. This is $10 diff if you don't live near a DTO store. Plus it takes forever for DTO to ship

It takes longer to charge. I use it a few times and it last longer than my 4ah.
I love it.
I've called their phone support and the hold times are short, they've handled things and made it right every time.
I've bought the HD 2pk 6Ah (PBP007) but thinking about returning it for the DT 2pk 6Ah (P164 aka P193) because it's lithium+ vs lithium-ion. Unless I'm mistaken, isn't lithium+ better than lithium-ion or in this case they are same, just different branding?
Edit: Clarifying lithium+ vs lithium-ion
My overall point is DTO seems to get a lot of hate and I don't get it--they're doing a great job getting these "blemished" tools in my hands for way less than anywhere else. People who are on the fence should know there's a lot of people having good experiences.

The main concern with buying new old stock lithium-ion batteries is whether or not they've self-discharged too far while sitting on the shelf. Cells of this chemistry do not like to be over-discharged and doing so can result in cell damage. If a new battery's self-tester won't illuminate before you charge it for the first time, it may have self-discharged too far.
Battery University has some great articles available online, see BU-808 to BU-810 and even BU-706.

jk...don't do that.
You can get a Ryobi inverter and use them on the go to charge personal items like phones, bluetooth headsets/airpods/earbuds, use it to charge your laptop when you're on SD at a location that doesn't have many plugs (Starbucks, library, Panera, airport, etc.).

First, DTO is located on the east coast, I live on the west coast. The closest store of theirs I could find was like... Texas, which is thousands of miles from where I live. They don't have a brick and mortar store in my state which is required to charge state sales tax.
I was charged DTO's headquarters location's sales tax, and not even on the sale price.... They charged me tax based on the non-sale price which was $50 more than what I paid. I spent a bit of time researching this and crunching the numbers only to realize that they were padding their discounted price by incorrectly charging me tax that they aren't obligated to turn in or report on their business taxes. This didn't sit well with me, so I contacted their customer service, which their site boasts is incredible, willing to help and quick to respond.
I wrote an email letting them know that I checked and neither their state law required them to collect taxes from me because I am out of state and my state will only charge taxes if the business is paying taxes to them and that requires a physical store and state business license... Which they have neither. I asked that they explain why I was charged this and if it was an error, to be refunded. I got one email response telling me that my inquiry would be sent to a bean counter at corp for a detailed answer. I never heard back. I wrote a second time and still nothing.
I bought 1 deal from DTO for a Ryobi cordless tool kit. Next time I'll spend the few extra dollars and get them from my local Home Depot or Amazon.
My experience with DTO is they are scammers. They will charge out of state purchases with their state sales tax erroneously and even overcharge you to make up for their discounted prices, then not even respond to explain the charge or offer a refund. These are shady business dealings and I feel that DTO looks for opportunities to "accidentally" overcharge on their transactions because as a customer there's not a lot of options to dispute these charges with them if they won't even respond. Im never purchasing from them again and I'll post in every thread of theirs on here to warn others.

Are you saying that DTO charged you something different than what was shown on the checkout page or your email receipt?
I have purchased from DTO many times without issue. Perhaps their is some hidden West coast recycling fee or something similar being charged. I heard some places do that on electronics at purchase now.

Here's what I sent to them:
"On a $132.99 charge, add the shipping cost of 12.99 to my item purchase and tax me on the total - $145.98 @ 10.5%-ish (my state + county tax rate) and you get 15.33... the amount I was charged.
If I'm subject to your state's sales taxes for an internet purchase at 6% (even with local county/municipality tax of 1-2%) it would be between $8.75 (6%) - $11.50 (8%) on $145.98.
Hypothetically if I purchased my item not on sale for $132.99 and instead paid $189.99 + $12.99 shipping = $202.98 @ 7.56% tax = $15.33
Either I was incorrectly charged a 7.5% tax rate on the non-sale price of my item ($189.99) or I was charged 10.5% tax rate on the correct price ($132.99) those are the only two ways I can find to arrive at the tax amount I paid of $15.33."
