Just a heads up they are about the color of the box. Maybe even brighter. It's a bit off-putting the first time you open one up.

If you filter the reviews by peanut butter they are pretty mixed. Chocolate chip was the worst protein anything I've ever had. Dry and gag inducing.

Ugh I got these on a previous deal and I'm a low carb and protein fiend so I really tried to like them. But they've just got such a thick, yet chalky texture and rather odd taste. I just can't, not for that many calories. Most of the box is still in my cabinet.

Not a problem for me. I've bought these Amazon Warehouse cookies before. Still sealed and everything. If you find the texture a bit off, or feeling 'old', 5-10 seconds in the microwave ought to solve that issue.
