The Steam Deck charger itself is 45W so this charger provides slightly less power than that. But with that said, it will absolutely be able to charge that Steam Deck, just possibly slower if you're trying to play a demanding game while charging at the same time.

So far I recall they offered amazon gift card for 5 star rating which is like rigging the rating system according to amazon. I got one of the product asking me to give a 5 star rating, take a screenshot, and email them to claim a gift card.
