Pre-ordered S22 Ultra on February 9, which was scheduled for release on Feb 25. Best Buy had a number of good promotions related to in-store pickup and trade-in.
Feb 25 comes and goes and phone not yet available for in-store pickup.
A week or so later, phone still not available for pickup but you can order it from Best Buy directly for delivery (but of course, none of the pre-order promotions would apply).
Best Buy chat agents confirmed that it was available for order direct, but again, no pre-order promotions.
Same song and dance for all of March.
Phone was finally available for pickup April 2. All pre-order promotions did apply.
So, beware; if Best Buy has fulfillment issues, it's possible they will not prioritize existing pre-orders over later sales.
