Does this require the junk Magenta plans for TMobile? As I seem to be reading it - with activate today on TMobile it makes the Z Flip 4 $899.99, and this says $900 trade in for Z Fold 2. Would this essentially make the phone free if I activate it on TMobile with any existing plan?

I wonder if this will work:
Trade in S20 FE for S21 FE (practically free?)
Then trade in the S21 FE on Samsung.com for a Flip4 for $700 off.

Yes. This is how this works. The employee gets a gift card for the true trade in value (3xx.00 for a flip 3). You get a coupon code for the difference of the elevated trade in value, ~$500. If you cancel or return, you only get a gift card for the true trade in value, plus the amount you paid back to the original payment method.

Taxes were due on $400 - of the $800 trade-in, technically $500 was a coupon and $300 was a Best Buy gift card, which the employee applied to the phone. So the S22+ is on sale for $900, minus the $500 coupon gives the $400 taxed amount.

I thought about going to the S22 basically for free but wanted the bigger battery and brighter screen of the S22+.

I tried to trade in my unlocked s21 but best buy rep cannot complete the process as my line is from Google Fi. Do we need to be other major carrier to get this deal ?

What is the definition of "good working" on the donor phone? I see it says it can't be "cracked" but what about scuffs and scratches? I am just trying to think about buying a donor phone and how careful I need to be on its condition

Does BBY accpet trade in on open box S22 Ultra. I was able to find Open box-excellent condition one around 900 which is the same TUV for 21 ultra.
