I had a used S21
Traded in to bestbuy made sure they know this for the $800 trade in value towards and unlocked phone promo(they had a sheet of paper for it)
Got an S21 FE
Made sure he knew I wanted an unlocked one(verified he did give me an unlocked one)
And I wanted to activate today not upgrade.
So the weird thing is that the s21 FE came out to $399 not $499. Don't know why.
So I missed out on $100 of trade in value?
Any insight on what happened to make it $100 than the website activate today price? Did my rep mess up?
So it came out $0 out of pocket.
I know $399 is the price for new line/new account but I contacted ATT there is now line on my account and none of my paperwork they gave me has new number
