I just went to Murfreesboro in person and they didn't even bother to check this.
I called the BB in Brentwood Tennessee, and no luck there.

Reason I was asking is BB staffs are so dumb, I just wasted like an hour for simply asking how much it's gonna be buying X if I am trading in Y, they can't even give a simple answer and kept arguing with me. They really make trading in a phone more complicated than trading in a car lmao

There is a clear distinction of when you do the pre order and when the order is fulfilled. You pay the amount and taxes and have the device evaluated when you order. You trade-in when the order is fulfilled. It's your luck if you get a rep who knows the difference between a pre order and in stock order.
In my case the Samsung rep even said that I can come back with device to trade-in when I get the email to pick up the phone. But the moment the sales reps said it's not correct he walked away from the counter.

My customer service rep had trouble figuring out how to do the trade-in, but he seemed new. There was a Samsung employee who were familiar with the best buy system and she did almost all the work.
I'm thinking I trade in my S21 for S21FE and hoping the reps do the process correctly so I end up with $300 (less taxes) on a Best Buy gift card. Because S21 is worth $800 and unlocked S21FE IS $500.
Then I can trade in the S21FE to Samsung for $700. Add a watch4 and can get the $200 credits at Samsung.com making it a watch + flip4 for $300 and taxes (and -12% urlhasbeenblocked cashback)
