At central jersey BB, they do a trade-in at customer service. Just tell them the mobile dept sent you here, and they need to enter the "SAMSUNG" promo code. You can take the printed coupon and BB GC to the mobile dept and buy one of those four phones (s21FE, S22, Flip, Fold).
At the mobile dept, to upgrade a line, you will need
1) Primary account holders' last four social
2) Verify authorized user identity. This is done by SMS, so if you just gave away the authorized user's phone, make sure there is an alternate email associated with the account or have another phone with you so that you can insert a sim to receive SMS temporarily.
One of the phone worked with new sim only, probabaly the rep choose that option. I hope that does not affect my grandfathered Tmobile plan.
