Looking forward to doing an uptrade to a S22. Will I get $100 GC if the trade in value exceeds the price of the S22? Or should I get the S22+? Honestly I am hesitant to get a larger phone form factor and weight than the S10 I am used to using right now. But maybe you get used to it and maybe better for my aging eyes?

You can also increase font size and play with display settings to make it easier on your eyes.
I got 500 purchase credit + 300 GC for S21 trade in, employee told me I would not if trade in value exceeded purchase price but he was wrong (how could system tell if trade in is done first, and you buy later as separate transaction?)
I got S22 plus, size works for me

If they are just incompetent and not malicious humans have them look up the "unlocked samsung trade in promotion" they should be able to find the instructions on how to do that.
