I traded an s21 yesterday for an s22+ and ended up with a gift card for $32 bucks with no money out of pocket.
But they couldn't find it and took me behind their computer looking over their shoulder navigating through the promotion pdf to figure it out. Nobody had done this one before it seemed.

Edit: looking closely, att/tmobile upgrades are also $899, $799 was for new lines. Not sure how @iuku got away with $799 (Tmobile) without even accessing tmobile account, nor setting up a new line.
