But please, anyone, let us know if they are able to trade in any S22 series with the Samsung TIV promo @ BB, and it shows up on your trade in receipt correctly as S22 series instead of S21 series by store rep "mistake". . .the difference makes a huge difference in others' YMMV's

S22U unlocked dropped in the wee hours Monday morning (normal) but then raised back up $50 around lunch time Tuesday (not normal). Seems the $100 BB GC with Flip4 purchase was offered and rescinded in the same timeframe?

Seems too coincidental that later on the web site changed to match the in store price.
If you want the elevated Samsung TIV promo applied, you need to buy an unlocked version activate now or later. The T-Mobile or other actual carrier version for $949 won't get the elevated trade in values.

Went to first Best Buy and associate was trying to tell me that the elevated trade in values was a carrier promotion. I looked at the poster and showed him it didn't state anything about carriers. He wasn't trying to help me, I told him he was confused about the promotion then left.
Second store was a different experience, the girl was very helpful but I had to lead her to apply the discount coupon to a new line activation. I traded in a Note 20 5g and bought an unlocked S22 ultra on a new T-Mobile line, the price was $24.74 out the door. T-Mobile and At&t new lines are $100 lower than the advertised price on the product page. If you add the unlocked phone to the cart, it will show you the options for each carrier. Make sure you do the Samsung trade in promotion first then proceed to buy whichever phone you want. Hope this helps, seems like the Best Buy associates are not familiar with this me promotion since it does not involve the carrier.
