BTW this is not a tempered glass but a screen protecting film for which the fingerprint works as expected. Something is better than nothing.

I got these from Amazon today and put one on. With their application instructions I was able to get a very good adhesion with no visible dust or bubble. FEELS GREAT like you said. Best part is, fingerprint works perfectly. It was working perfectly with my existing prints, but I redid them anyway, and had zero issues like I did with a tempered glass protector. I don't even have the "increased touch sensitivity" turned on... and swiping and touching the screen is very responsive.
Like you said, maybe not the same drop protection as having a real glass protector, but at least this should sacrifice for any little pocket scratches etc, and I have 2 more protectors in the box I can switch into over time.
Did you also attach the camera cover? Just curious. I didnt for now, as I was worried that even if it looks clear, it may in reality affect the photo or video quality. Wondering what others have experienced. Do we know if S22+ has Gorilla Glass Victus over the camera lenses as well or do they have sapphire like the iPhones did I think?
