This Deal (i.e. the Samsung elevated Trade in Value promo) is only valid in store only. . .that means you have to order/purchase the new phone in store + trade in the old phone, in store, at order/purchase time (can't hold onto your old phone until store pickup on this deal).

Also, this Deal, i.e. the TIV Promo, is also good towards purchase of Galaxy S22 series phones, and S21FE as well!! You can get paid for trading in a used S21 for a new S21 FE How to get paid

Yes, that's correct, the coupon just vanishes. For me, they completed the order cancellation which pushed the refund onto a giftcard they took off the shelf. They took this gift card. Then they retrieved my trade in phone from the back, undid the trade in, then reprocessed the tradein to generate a new coupon and giftcard, then used that to repeat the deal. this time I took a phone color that they had in-store, so no issues with order cancellation.

S21FE is $150 cheaper with total tech. Which is $200, so technically you are getting it for $50. Good deal to go for.

Did you went to the store same day when it was canceled. Lets suppose if i go back tomorrow to the store and I would explain them your solution. If they dont have my trade in device in the store anymore, I do not know what they will do. I am not looking to loose my trade in device if they dont provide me with new phone.

I went the next day. Not sure what they would do if they don't have the phone in stock. You can try and ask for your tradein back. tell them you were relying on the new phone and without the old on back, you have no phone

It's in store only for the trade in + in store only for the purchase/order. Nothing online qualifies. It's also unlocked phones only. . .you can get an unlocked phone with TMO (or other carrier) activate today, or unlocked with no activation at all (currently priced higher). . .but the actual TMO version or other carrier variant is not eligible for the Samsung elevated TIV bonus promo

I'm confused as well. Have total tech. Got an email from BB this afternoon saying the S21 FE I'd been eyeing had dropped to $449. I only see the Verizon carrier version priced at $449 for me, which isn't eligible for the trade bonus, and I don't have Verizon lol.

EDIT: NVM. If I click on the activate later option, price drops to $449.

We need some bb employees to figure out some hacks on this because this deal could be way better instead of the annoying fluctuations on the pricing for certain phones on sale and the trade in pricing of the devices.
