This is the best rep I've dealt with, for years actually. But They could not get both the coupon and GC to transfer to the new phone. Even though I had not returned the original purchase, just trying to do an exchange at this point.
Any suggestions from anybody that's done something similar? I've heard in this thread make sure you don't cancel original order or coupon is lost. Someone else somewhere said they could retrieve the original coupon (and generate a new GC). . .etc etc. But I haven't had luck with the rep, the director, or their tech bridge getting that done
EDIT: I traded in my phone a few weeks ago for preorder, so I can't just have them go in the backroom and grab my trade in and re-do the whole order trade in and all, like someone mentioned a couple pages back.
EDIT2: If everything above had worked out I would have rather walked out instead with a S21 FE 128 GB activate later as it's 449 for TT members, but the rep couldn't see the $449 total tech price on it, showed $599. Which is weird, because he could see the TT pricing on other phones. . .

In my case I bought S22+ and give Z Fold 3 as trade-in - and I got $900 discount
With some of the horror stories I have heard about the samsung trade-in, doing it in person at bestbuy seems like a no brainer.
Now I can trade this unopened S22 to T-Mo and get a 13 Mini for $100 if I so choose.
