Well good for you. This is a deal compared to current and available offerings. And I wanted another V8 because that's what I have and like and already have accessories for... and it's $100 cheaper than what you paid.

And if you got the 'Animal' version then I wonder if you got the fluffy head.

Probably because the deal was for a V10 not a V11. It was a year ago and he had a $100 off coupon code that no one else could get to work and the deal has never showed up again.

How does this compare to the Animal models with the ball head? We have carpet on one level and hardwood with rugs on 2 other levels. Will this work for regular vacuuming or is this lightweight (in terms of effectiveness) ?
