    I have a pair of these that when charged the case won't turn off. So it burns out asap. Just over 1.5yr mark so I think I'm sol. Would not rebuy.

    Got a pair during prime day. Returned because the connection to my phone was so poor I couldn't listen to music while walking with the phone in my pocket.

    The difference here is all about fit IMHO, like many earbuds. These advertise as Active Noise Cancelling but without a seal, I don't notice the difference on/off at all.

    Some people don't put them in their ears right; there's a few YouTube videos on them. They fit just outside the ear canal.

    I appreciate the strong following these get. I like them, but they just barely feel like they are about to fall out of my ears which has become annoying. I have these, airpod pros, Sony, and a few others over the years. Even as an Android person the Pros are my favorite. Maybe with different ears I'd like these better :-)

    I really like these buds, in spite of their shortcomings. They are VERY comfortable for me, because they don't go very far into your ear canals, they just kind of sit outside, cradled in your lobe. The "bean" shape is very nice for me, but remember that everyone's ears are shaped differently.

    Unfortunately the ANC is very underwhelming, and there is no airtight seal created in your ear to block out any noise. So these earbuds sound very open, hence the name: "Live". BUT that means that I feel relatively safe wearing these while riding my bike; I can hear cars coming if I keep their volume low!

    The WHOLE point of these is the fit. They don't go into your ear canal like other buds. I own 2 pair of these simply for that reason. The drawbacks to these are: 1. Not the best bass or sound quality 2. They are very prone to interference (physical objects in between you and the sound source and the range isn't great). I would LOVE for Samsung to put out a new version of these that addresses these weaknesses.

    These earbuds are huge. Don't waste your time. Samsung forgot we are not all Shaq sized. Apple went lighter and smaller but heck you can buy a decent pair for $20 or less off brand
