I'm not one to brand hate, but this monitor is only $20 cheaper than the LG with similar specs that always goes on sale at Costco. I think you'd be better off just spending the extra $20 for peace of mind.

I got this one, happy with it. I use it for work mostly, usb c cable can charge my mac, so I don't need a separate charger anymore on my table. The only disadvantage for me is it can't adjust brightness according to ambient light, so it is getting too bright at night time.

you may try 'f.lux'.
I like 'Twinkle Tray', but only available on windows.
