Did anyone receive the auto renewal email from DirectTV? Email said "Your subscription will renew automatically, and you will be charged the first of four easy monthly payments of $29.99 plus tax in mid-to-late August, before the season begins."

I have not been charged yet. I can log in to my account on my laptop but the app on my Roku won't let me sign in.

you won't be able to login until the season actually starts, same thing happened to me a few years ago

Finally logged back in to the email account I use for this and see I got the usual auto renew email. After struggling to remember credentials I get in to the ATT site and see that it says I will auto renew on 9/10 BUT the price is saying still $23.99/mon ($96).

Should I just let it do its thing? The way some are saying they have to provide more documentation seems itd be best to just let it ride out if the price will be the same.


EDIT: WHOA just saw that the last 2 bill periods last year (nov/dec) i was charged 29.99 instead of 23.99 (sep/oct).

Signed up and used the discount code, but the total amount was $170, with tax. Anyone else have this issue.

I saw that most banks are offering an additional 15 dollars cash back. Check your bank card deals. Wells Fargo and bank of America both had this offer

No. If I use the link and re-verify, says to log into account. Still get only full-priced, non-college options. However, since I received the auto-renew email and click on tha tlink and log in, my account says its only 29.99 a month for four months. So at least I can get tne normal college reate, but there's no way to add a promo code form within your account.

I got another email saying my auto renew was activated so I just went ahead and cancelled because I went back to check my account and it changed from 23.99 to 29.99

I was able to sign back up immediately with no verification steps just applied the promo code at checkout

Just signed up on the same account as last year. Used a different persons info for verification than the one from this year because it would not work any more for some reason on the original one.

Got the chase offer and no tax as well. Excited for football!

If by that you mean like a fox sports app, then no. That's based on your location and the local fox network you'd be streaming off of.
