The Jetson is a tiny little toy of a bike that is comparably a chore to pedal. The size and geometry of this bike is much better for adults.

You mean Costco carried the Jetson or the x5? I thought they only carried the Jetson. That Jetson, in my mind, is an accident waiting to happen with the dinky wheels.

They used to carry various Jupiter bikes. At least two models - but they stopped a few months ago. They've had a few refurbished sales since then as well.

I was researching eBikes a while ago and I was fairly attracted to it mainly because it was carried by Costco - but the more research I did, the less comfortable I was. Shortly after that, Costco stopped carrying the bikes, so it made my decision easy.

They likely stopped because the Defiant bikes were back ordered. Another thing could be the lack of support. Jupiter in Tampa FL are having obvious staffing and other issues. I have stuff on order and cannot get anyone to respond via phone or email in over a week. Stuff should have been here by now.
