Exactly why I bought it.
Before when we travel by air, she'd vomit and just feels sick the entire time. She can't eat at all even if its a 15+ hour flight. After I found this combo...its like a miracle cure. Ever since zero sickness. Now she can eat crappy airline food.

So the spouse isn't vomiting before travel; they are commenting that before they found that combination, the spouse would vomit with air travel.
And placebo or no placebo, if something inexpensive and non-medically risky makes someone feel better, damn straight they should continue. Homeopathy should not be given the same stage as actual peer studied medicine, but the dramamine is an actual treatment unlike the 'nerve tonic'.
Get a bottle of meclizine. Usually 100 tabs for $5. Start taking 1 before bed 3 days prior to cruise. Then each evening during cruise. If you are suspect to sea sickness then take 1 in the morning also. I get real bad sea sickness but cruise often and this works for me. You don't want to wait until you have bad symptoms as it'll take a day at least to be effective. By taking it before I keep the symptoms from happening.
