I just switched to this case. This is somewhat accurate yes you need to take it out to get the power supply in but with good cable management there's room to put it back in
I really wanted this case, but after watching some YT videos I realized that the hard drive caddy inside is basically a throwaway. You need that space for cables coming from the Power Supply.

The pictures make it look like the front and the top are glass. How is this good for air flow.

Unless you need a massive drive for video editing... Why would you use a traditional drive instead of a modern M.2?

If you have no plans to add any side mounted 120mm fans (or 360mm radiator), you can remove the fan bracket and there will be plenty of room for a long PSU, after sliding the dual 3.5" HDD caddy forward to a new mounting position. If you don't remove the side fan bracket, you cant slide the HDD in/out. Kind of an oversight. In addition, if you plan on using a thicc radiator from Arctic, it is a challenge to fit anywhere! The Arctic 280mm will get blocked by VRM heatsinks in the top. There won't be a way to mount it in front with all 8-screws holding it down, whether in push or pull. In pull, you can mount radiator with four screws. Side mounted 360mm radiator is fine (though you would lose HDD caddy). Its pretty surprising the shortcomings in such a large case. With that said, if you choose your components carefully, it is a nice case and thermals are fine with the glass front as there are wide gaps.
I just had this issue with the Arctic 280mm. Put it as push ingress in the front and moved fans to exhaust out the top. It was a major pain. The ARGB cables don't have enough play for that arrangement and you've got to keep the fans aligned on the radiator while holding it up a managing the hoses so you can impale the fans between the case and the radiator with the long fan screws. Had there been room on the top, installation would have been a breeze. I guess Arctic makes them particularly thick.

There are large gaps on the sides of the top and front glass panels as well as a mesh section on the back side panel. I have no temp issues at all with a 12700K and 3080. Sometimes people prefer the appearance of glass to mesh if temps are a non-issue.

Airflow front panel is $15 from corsair. You do have to pay shipping though.

This is a good deal, got this on a New Egg sale for $99.00, a few weeks back. Starting to see this price more often with the iCUE 4000/5000 cases. Keep your eye on the the product page on New Egg as well, they are bundling items in with purchase. I got a free Rosewill 750w PSU. Not bad for a home lab, kids, or general usage/light gaming pc.

I wouldn't recommend this case. The glass panel has a major design issue where it shatters. That is exactly what happened to me, it shattered when I was attempting to remove it and the metal backing fell on my foot causing a cut on my toe. Look up this issue, before you purchase.
seems like the risk of buying a glass case. I looked at some reviews of other cases and it happens with them too.

Are we talking about 3.5" HDs or SSDs? I don't use the former so wouldn't care for that kind of tray, but do need SSDs.

Do you have a link to your build? Or components listing? I want to use the same processor and case for a content creation build. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply. Ive never seen glass on the top before. Im doing a new build with a 3080ti, so as long as it fits and cooling isnt an issue.. seems like a good deal. Fans are $60 as is.

tthat's not true.. it's only a throw away if you use 3 fans on the side.

We still don't know what the vendors are doing. I think we are seeing huge case and power supply deals because a new standard is coming. ATX v3 and a new power supply standard may make this case obsolete. Not to mention not having the newest external USB ports. That is why I am passing. I plan to build an unfortunately expensive machine once the new standards come. Also, you need a very large PSU for the new video cards, so make sure you get something 1200W plus, I'm going 1600+ (1800 is max for a 15 amp circuit in the US).
This has a usb-c port. Stop making stuff up.

had to copy and paste the quote since the slickdeals website is giving me all sorts of grief Stick Out Tongue .. thanks for this bondisdead (love the username btw Smilie ) that is super helpful info Smilie .. I was looking at the newegg reviews and one reviewer complained

" Couldn't figure out how to get the side fan bracket out (eventually stopped since I didn't need to anyway and was just trying to route cables more easily)--this is definitely a combination of my own stupidity along with Corsair's lack of clear documentation, but I've seen at least a couple of reviewers online having the same issue when they review it so it's not just me. "

By any chance did anyone who has this case successfully remove the side fan bracket?
