One of the things I find annoying about the Switch. No user account aspect.

So you can password lock the games based on rating but it still shows up

Yes, you do not get all of the bells and whistles you would get on other platforms, but the Switch port is actually truly excellent. I have it on PS4 and PC, but the platform I beat it on was the Switch. And I have the hand cramps to prove it. This is an incredible price.

At 8 bucks, I'd say get it on both? I finished on Switch because it was always in my backpack and I could play it on commutes and for 10 minutes at a time at work, etc. It's a great game. The engine scales surprisingly well for Switch. But, like Doom 2016, there is some blurriness that comes with the territory.

This game is phenomenal. $8 is a must own if you even slightly like the genre. It's one of my favorites and would buy it again if I didn't have it.

It is kind of relevant. I'm hoping this somewhat puts some pressure for Nintendo to improve pricing on 3rd party titles. I don't expect this to affect 1st party... which is fine because they have a lot of great games and it's a solid value with $40 sales..

Also, it looks like steam decks are starting to ramp up availability.
