Maybe it's a good deal, I've never used it. But Walmart has 30# Royal Oak Lump at $20 regular price. Never had any problems with that.

good price but my experience with royal oak is that half the bag is really small pieces

Agreed, I had a full bag with some medium and no large pieces, pretty useless.

Yeah I used to use the cheap stuff but going to kamajoe big block, fogo premium, and JD is a step above especially if smoking. If you are just grilling a few steaks or burgers, anything is fine.
